We enjoy harvesting and preparing our pecans as a family project. With the help of our two grown daughters, my husband and I harvest, crack and peel our pecans. They are available in one pound bags, whole, or just cracked for you to shell. We can also make gift baskets of our pecans.

Our new crop of fresh pecans are ready and we have been busy shelling them. This listing is for one pound of fresh pecans. Please refrigerate as soon as you receive them. They can be toasted or used in baking or just eaten fresh as a very tasty and healty snack.
